Road down from the Remarkables 2. We were racing down the slopes for the last 2 shots to make sure we got enough time to photograph - yet prevent the tour buses behind our rental from overtaking us.


Arrowtown - a small town originating from Chinese settlers who came down to NZ ages ago to mine for gold.


Road to Mount Cook - Turquoise Lake, from melting glaciers. Alas - no photos from Mt. Cook. It was fogged up and raining heavily when we arrived. Not to mention the 'Avalanche - Imminent' warning.
